Meet The Team

Ben Bunce, Licensed Real Estate Agent

I have been selling real estate since 2007, but I’ve been in real estate on the investment side even longer.  I have owned, and lived in, multiple properties in the Austin area.  Every time I’ve taken on the task of selling a client’s home who was looking to move, I’ve been able to sell it, and usually for more money and in less time than my client thought possible, much to their delight.   Most importantly, my goal isn’t just to sell your home, it’s to greatly understand the emotions of why you bought your home in the first place, what you love most about it then and now, and tap into those same emotions with the new buyer.  I’m a big believer that people don’t buy physical homes, they buy things like the homes location, how convenient it is to their job, the feeling it gives them to sip a cup of coffee on the porch on patio­­, or soaking in the tub drinking a glass of wine.  We are partners in the sale of your home, therefore, you can count on me to do whatever it takes to deliver on the results you expect from me. 

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife, Christine, running, reading, sailing, and exploring all the great things happening in and around Austin.

A Canadian transplant, I have called Austin home since 2007.  I have lived in many places in Austin, both as a renter, and as a home owner.  As Ben’s executive assistant I help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.  I am here to ensure that all your “I’s” are dotted and your “T’s” crossed, so you can experience the smoothest possible real estate transaction.  I love seeing the look when a client finds the home of their dreams- and I remember exactly what that feeling felt like to me!

In my off time I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ben, reading a good book, exploring Hill Country wineries, cooking delicious meals, trying new restaurants, and checking out all the Austin happenings.
